Business Development Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our team at Uniper. As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of APM team and various team members on various business tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support for various business tasks and projects, including data collection, research, and analysis.
  • Support the preparation of materials for team and department-level performance dialogues, including KPI data collection and focus topic preparation.
  • Design and produce high-quality documentation for senior management, including one-page decision templates, strategic summaries, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Identify, structure, solve, and implement quality improvements for APM processes.
  • Support portfolio analysts on various portfolio optimization topics.
  • Enhance existing processes using the latest digitalization ideas and AI tools.

Requirements

  • University studies in business administration, engineering, IT, or comparable studies.
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience, ideally in the energy industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
  • A strong will to take on responsibility and improve processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. German, Dutch is advantageous.
