Cloud Transformation Manager

As a Cloud Transformation Manager at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch), you will play a critical role in guiding large and complex AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with customer and AWS leadership to drive collaboration between core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services)
- Translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backwards from customer key milestones
- Execute education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions
- Proactively help solve customer challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong delivery and change management background. You should have excellent problem-solving abilities, be an exemplary communicator, and have the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate, and drive teams. Your enterprise experience and operational excellence will influence the team's decisions, provide insight, and help drive secure and robust solutions.
