We are seeking several IT Specialists / Technical Support Specialists for our customer in Munich.

IT Specialist / Technical Support Specialist in MunichJob Profile - ID 3085
  • Installation and configuration of end devices, as well as personalization
  • Performing IT support tasks, including maintenance and repair, based on the provided service request tickets
  • Transporting and deploying end devices from the warehouse to the end customer's workplace
  • Maintaining and documenting status in leading ticket and asset systems
  • Training end users
Requirements
  • Education as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d), IT Systemtechniker (m/w/d), etc. or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in support and installation of notebooks, desktops, and mobile devices, as well as MS Windows operating systems (Win7 and Win10)
  • Knowledge in the Office area (installation and basic setup)
  • Experience in independent installation, repair, and upgrade of hardware and software
  • Good German language skills and ideally English language skills
  • Driver's license (Class B)
