We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to join our team at Ardekay IT Recruitment. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies and protocols to protect our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure the secure design and implementation of our systems and applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to our IT team on security-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies to ensure our systems and data remain secure.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security, with a strong background in security protocols and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and training skills to effectively communicate security policies and procedures to our team.
- CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification is a plus.
- A competitive salary of €57,000 per year.
