Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a Technical Support Professional to join our IT team at STP Informationstechnologie GmbH. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, and collaborating with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to internal users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve IT service delivery
- Document and maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common software applications
