Role Overview

Options Group is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to support its Acquisition Finance/Leveraged Finance business. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of professionals in a flexible working environment with multiple potential locations to work from.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement complex credit structures for acquisition finance engagements
  • Conduct in-depth analyses, including cash-flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, business model analysis, and balance sheet analysis
  • Prepare and present credit ratings and decision memos to stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage given loans and securities documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in credit risk management, with a focus on acquisition finance or LevFin/LBOs
  • Strong knowledge of credit rating processes and methodologies
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business models and identify risk factors
  • Fluent German and English language skills
