IT Project Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with leadership skills? As an IT Project Manager at Sysmex Europe SE, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop project scopes, objectives, and schedules in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including business professionals, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, balancing workload within the team to achieve project objectives.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all IT projects comply with healthcare regulations and standards, including data security and patient privacy laws.
Your Profile
  • Extensive experience managing IT projects in a regulated environment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of technology needs.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and experience in their optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
