Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead IT projects across both Service and Sales areas at Sysmex Europe SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to business teams on the optimal use of system functionalities, leading process improvements, and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead IT projects across Service (Microsoft Dynamics Field Service) and Sales (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) areas, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements in the Service area, adhering to software standards to maximize system efficiency, and collaborate with the Sales department to analyze and optimize sales processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a collaborative work environment and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Team Guidance: Provide professional guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in leading IT projects, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics Field Service and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in motivating and guiding teams through complex project landscapes.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and IT systems, with a strong grasp on optimizing processes and integrating technology solutions into business workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial.
