Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead our IT projects across Service and Sales areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our business teams on the optimal use of system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professional Advisory and Project Management: Lead IT projects across Service (focusing on Microsoft Dynamics Field Service) and Sales (focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM) areas.
  • Process Optimization and Analysis: Identify and implement process improvements in the Service area while adhering to software standards to maximize system efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across both areas.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in leading IT projects, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics Field Service and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in motivating and providing professional guidance to teams through complex project landscapes.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and IT systems, with a strong grasp on optimizing processes and integrating technology solutions into business workflows.
