TPI Composites Germany GmbH seeks a skilled HR Specialist to support the HR Manager in administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or office administration, holding a degree in Business Administration or completed vocational training in the commercial area.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, proficiency in English and German (Spanish a plus), and basic knowledge of Labor Law, especially EU Labor Law. First-hand experience with an HRIS or HRMS & ATS software is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Prepare HR-related documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate recruitment activities for the EMEA region, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate assistance or escalating issues to the HR Manager as necessary.
  • Requisitions and Purchasing Orders: Facilitate the requisition process and coordinate the creation, issuance, and tracking of purchasing orders.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or office administration
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or completed vocational training in the commercial area
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Good knowledge of English and German, Spanish desirable
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Law, especially EU Labor Law
  • First-hand experience with an HRIS or HRMS & ATS software
