About the Role

We are Sinch, a leading mobile engagement company, and we're looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward by identifying and generating new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads through effective outreach and engagement.
  • Conduct cold calls and actively follow up on leads generated from various marketing efforts.
  • Educate and nurture prospects until they are qualified for hand-off to the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine our sales approach and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and qualified leads in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, and/or German, in addition to English.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship building.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or similar.
  • Experience with Sales Automation tools, preferably Outreach or similar.
  • Ability to think critically, adapt to new challenges, and work collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus but not necessary.
