Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Conversion Specialist to support the conversion of private client data into our MMA Agency Management systems. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our dedicated IT and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient data conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with MMA and data vendors to develop and implement data strategies
  • Document and implement custom programming for data conversion
  • Support data validation efforts
  • Identify risks in test results
  • Partner with other data conversion specialists to ensure consistency in strategy across all lines of business

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically Private Client
  • Experience with Data Conversions and Agency Management Software
  • General knowledge of Information Technology language
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to breakdown complex concepts into clear instructions
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Applied and Vertafore software products
  • Experience as an Insurance Account Manager
