We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Field Clinical Specialist to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a key member of our Transcatheter Heart Valve team, you will play a critical role in providing clinical support and expertise to our customers in Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Edwards' Transcatheter Heart Valve products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Disease and Therapy Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and developments in aortic stenosis and transcatheter heart valve therapies, and apply this knowledge to support our customers and drive business growth.
- Clinical Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret clinical data to inform treatment decisions and optimize patient outcomes, and communicate complex medical information to customers and stakeholders.
- OR/Cath Lab Management: Provide expert support and guidance to customers in the OR/Cath Lab setting, including device preparation, procedure planning, and troubleshooting.
- Imaging Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in imaging modalities, including echocardiography, CT scans, and other relevant imaging techniques, and apply this knowledge to support treatment decisions and patient care.
- Business Acumen: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business and market landscape, including competitor products and capabilities, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Leadership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders, and provide expert guidance and support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical affairs, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction, and provide leadership and guidance to colleagues as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as nursing or a life science.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or technical environment, preferably in a related field such as cardiology or cardiovascular surgery.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and advanced English language skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating echocardiographic equipment and analyzing echocardiographic images, and experience with other relevant technical skills such as CT scans and other imaging modalities.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
