We are currently seeking several Regional Business Managers (m/f/d) for Oncology to expand our client's presence in the biosimilar market. As a leader in healthcare communications and commercial services, we work closely with our partners to achieve significant results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a knowledgeable contact for oncology healthcare professionals and stakeholders, facilitating the effective use of our oncology products.
  • Design and execute initiatives targeting various oncology specialist groups and their support teams.
  • Collaborate with the Market Access department to minimize local market entry barriers.
  • Provide scientific guidance regarding monoclonal antibodies and future oncology treatments.
  • Share insights and experiences with clients about our pharmaceutical offerings and relay this information to internal teams.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies for all customer segments in partnership with cross-functional departments.
  • Present the latest clinical data and findings related to our products.
  • Build and nurture existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Achieve both quantitative and qualitative targets set by the company.
  • Organize and execute events within the sales territory and participate in national conferences.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage internal customer databases.
  • Analyze sales trends and prepare business plans based on performance metrics.
  • Oversee budget management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Engage in proactive competitive analysis and report findings to management.
  • Collaborate with back-office support for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Participate actively in conferences and strategic projects.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, biology, or related fields.
  • Established connections with oncology professionals and networks.
  • Proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Understanding of decision-making processes and economic factors influencing the healthcare market.
  • Experience in marketing support and project management.
  • Background in pharmaceutical field service, particularly with biologicals or biosimilars.
  • Strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
