Key Responsibilities- Supplier Support: Act as the primary point of contact for our suppliers, providing timely and effective support to resolve day-to-day issues and improve their overall experience.
- Business Development: Collaborate with our global team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize our internal processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall supplier experience.
- Project Management: Manage and execute projects that align with our business priorities, including developing training curriculum, identifying process improvement opportunities, and collaborating with our tech team to enhance our supplier-facing platforms.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1) and German (minimum B2), with Mandarin being a plus.
- Education: Business degree or similar academic background.
- Communication Skills: Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
