Wir suchen für unser DACH Operations Team in Berlin einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager, der sich auf die Konzeption und Durchführung von Demand Generation Aktivitäten in Deutschland spezialisiert hat.
Aufgaben- Konzeption und Durchführung von Demand Generation Aktivitäten in Deutschland (z. B. Flyering, Direct-Mailing, Restaurant- und Influencer-Aktivierungen, nationale In-App-Kampagnen)
- Onboarding neuer Wachstumspartner und Entwicklung skalierbarer Lösungen für zukünftiges Wachstum
- Unterstützung des Operations-Teams bei der Optimierung von Prozessen mit Fokus auf Kundengewinnung und Nutzerbindung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen und funktionalen Teams zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele
- Arbeit an regionalen Projekten und Einführung neuer Produktfunktionen (z. B. UberOne)
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium (erforderlich), erste Erfahrungen im Business Development oder einem ähnlichen Bereich sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Affinität zu Zahlen und Datenanalyse, erste Kenntnisse in SQL oder Python sind wünschenswert.
- Hervorragende Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, beides in Wort und Schrift.
