Your Mission

As a Marketing Working Student, you will be part of a dynamic team that aims to grow a vibrant learning community of entrepreneurial and innovative students, scientists, founders, and corporate innovators.

  • You will take responsibility for our LinkedIn page and create engaging content to further grow our follower count.
  • You will come up with creative content ideas about the Academy for Innovators, such as our team, vision, formats, alumni, and partners.
  • You will collaborate with the marketing team on the development, planning, and execution of annual talent mobilization campaigns.
  • You will work closely with the Academy team to develop and maintain a joint KPI dashboard, providing a transparent overview of our marketing performance.
  • You will take on project leadership roles, such as managing the talent Instagram channel.
  • You will gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful projects within a supportive and innovative environment.

Your Profile

  • Students of all disciplines.
  • Effective and charming communication skills in English (German is a plus) and the ability to write engaging copy that converts.
  • You are able to think in an agile and customer-centric way and at the same time approach your tasks in a structured and data-driven manner.
  • High affinity for all currently relevant social media channels and a good sense for target group-relevant topics as well as Gen Z interests and needs.
  • Creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a can-do attitude.
  • Confident use of graphics programs such as Photoshop or Canva desirable.
  • Interest in or first touchpoints with our innovation and startup ecosystem.
