Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Tire Development Engineer PCR RE to join our R&D team in Hannover. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Developing and introducing qualitative and cost-competitive passenger car tires for the European replacement market in line with internal, market, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting product planning for the European market.
- Monitoring the regional market and identifying product development trends.
- Collaborating with Technical Customer Service to monitor product performance in the regional market and deriving corrective actions where necessary.
- Leading and participating in technology/tire line development projects/activities relevant to the RE.
- Regular communication with headquarters.
- Supporting Linglong's brand activities.
- Providing support to the production site in case of issues.
- Academic degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in PCR tire development.
- Familiarity with the tire production process for passenger car tires.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Open-minded, team player with strong communication skills.
