About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Management Specialist to join our team at Atlas Copco in Geretsried, south of Munich. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing local IT applications and interfaces with corporate structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal IT applications, particularly the local ERP system and databases.
  • Create and further develop reports and analyses in close cooperation with departments.
  • Support users in their daily IT matters.
  • Handle and resolve incidents assigned to local IT support and assist external colleagues in problem-solving.
  • Participate in cross-location IT projects within the corporation.
  • Advise users on their IT requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues at other locations to support our specialist team with servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree related to IT.
  • Initial experience in handling and programming SQL databases.
  • Experience in managing ERP systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a structured, conscientious, analytical, and service-oriented manner.
  • Good command of both German and English, spoken and written.
