Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Management Specialist to join our team at our location in Geretsried, south of Munich. As the primary contact for managers and staff regarding local systems, you will play a crucial role in enhancing these systems with the help of our external and internal service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Internal IT Applications
    • Oversee local IT applications, particularly the local ERP system, and databases.
  • Develop Reports and Analyses
    • Collaborate with departments to develop reports and analyses.
  • Assist Users with IT Concerns
    • Assist users with their daily IT concerns.
  • Handle Incidents and Troubleshooting
    • Handle and resolve incidents addressed to local IT support and support external colleagues in troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to Cross-Location IT Projects
    • Contribute to cross-location IT projects within the corporation.
  • Provide Guidance and Support
    • Provide guidance to users on their IT needs and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Completion of training as an IT specialist, a relevant IT-related degree, or equivalent knowledge.
    • Initial experience in managing and programming SQL databases.
    • Preferably, experience in ERP systems management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Methodical, meticulous, analytical, and service-oriented work ethic.
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
