About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Plantura GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technological landscape and driving innovation in the ERP and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advancement: Collaborate with your team to strategically advance our ERP and develop it into the central internal data platform, involving all relevant stakeholders at Plantura.
  • Product Ownership: Take ownership of identifying use cases, solving functional issues, and developing smart features based on insights, with specific responsibility for individual modules of our ERP.
  • Development Roadmap: Plan and implement a prioritized development roadmap, leading projects from start to end with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • System Stability and Scalability: Ensure system stability and scalability while continuously identifying clever solutions to increase system performance.
  • Process Automation: Advance process automation and develop efficient interfaces between our ERP and related systems in the back and front end, such as our app or user accounts, with internal and external partners.
Requirements
  • ERP Product Management Experience: Several years of in-depth ERP product management experience in a digital environment with direct product responsibility, and a deep understanding of systemic product development.
  • Software Development Experience: Proficient in defining, managing, and successfully completing software development sprints in fast-paced environments.
  • Technical Skills: A knack for numbers & Excel, and technical understanding that enables you to make informed decisions quickly, with significant experience in Python or SQL and working with open source ERPs such as Odoo.
  • Communication and Prioritization Skills: Strong communication and prioritization skills, with minimum C1 in written and spoken English.
