Food Ingredients Distribution Manager Germany
We are seeking a skilled Country Manager to lead our Foods Ingredients sales team in Germany. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial and product strategies for assigned ingredients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial and product strategies for specified ingredients to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends and supplier offerings to identify new business opportunities and improve existing relationships.
- Create strong relationships with suppliers and customers through regular communication, visits, and joint problem-solving.
- Manage projects and prioritize tasks in close collaboration with the Customer Service Manager to ensure seamless execution.
- Align sales strategy for suppliers' product groups under the supervision of Product managers and Country managers to optimize performance.
- Make strategic purchasing and selling decisions for assigned product-groups in Germany, balancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Technology or related field is required.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships and negotiate contracts.
- High travel frequency and willingness to relocate within Germany.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
