Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Service Manager to join our team at Serviceplan Group in Cologne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing digital projects, leading client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to drive revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing digital projects and client relationships, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, such as Confluence and Jira.
