HR Payroll Specialist

Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen HR Payroll Specialist & SAP Key-User, der unsere Personalabteilung weiterentwickelt und unsere Gehaltsabrechnung mitgestaltet. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum übernehmen und unsere SAP HCM Landschaft weiterentwickeln.
Deine Aufgaben- Verantwortungsvolle Position in der Personalabteilung mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum
- Gehaltsabrechnung und Personalverwaltung als SAP Key-User
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessen und Lösungen in SAP HCM
- Kooperation mit der IT-Abteilung und anderen Teams
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten und Initiativen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Lohn und Gehalt
- Erfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung und Personalverwaltung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Betriebsverfassungs-, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- SAP HCM Expertise und Erfahrung als Key-User
- Strukturierte, selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist und hohe Serviceorientierung
