Job Title: Senior Expat Payroll Specialist

Join JAM Global Mobility, a leading recruitment agency, in our search for a highly skilled Senior Expat Payroll Specialist to join our client's Global HR Department.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage the processing of global pay slips, taxes, social security, and other wage-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, with experience in expatriate payroll being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process global pay slips, taxes, social security, and other wage-related issues
  • Coordinate global payroll for expatriates via external payroll providers
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of German payroll
  • Enter variable pay data into the SAP Payroll System
  • Manage expatriate payments for international assignees
  • Perform Ad Hoc reporting of payroll data
  • Establish and maintain employee payroll records
  • Respond to inquiries for the payrolls of assigned countries
  • Participate in payroll-related work process improvement initiatives
  • Document all outside the system work practices and operating guidelines for assigned payrolls
  • Develop relationships with external providers and Country HR Managers
  • Remit payments to tax and social insurance authorities and benefits providers
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in payroll or payroll accounting
  • Experience in payroll administration using SAP would be ideal
  • Experience in expatriate payroll is an advantage
  • German and English language skills are essential
