We are seeking a highly motivated Post Doc Researcher to join our team at the Paul Drude Institut Berlin. As a Post Doc Researcher, you will be responsible for developing QCL and quantum-cascade detector structures, optimizing resonator structures, and contributing to the understanding of physical processes in active media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of QCL and quantum-cascade detector structures
- Optimization of resonator structures
- Contribution to the understanding of physical processes in active media
Requirements:
- PhD in experimental physics
- Background in semiconductor physics
- Expertise in quantum transport in nanostructures, semiconductor technology, or THz spectroscopy
About the Position:
This is a 3-year position available immediately, with excellent chances for extension. Salary and benefits are according to the Treaty for German public service (TVöD Bund) to a level of E13 (100%).
