Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Quality Manager to join our Quality Management department at the Oberkochen site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate quality requirements in customer inquiries and contracts for feasibility and risks.
  • Communicate quality requirements with the customer and control their implementation throughout the product life cycle.
  • Enforce and communicate measures in development and project teams.
  • Analyze internal and/or external quality problems, including documentation.
  • Process customer evaluations and integrate action plans into the organization.
  • Review and prepare schedule, cost, and capacity plans.
  • Create priorities and define interfaces.
  • Participate in and evaluate requirement specifications.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering or comparable.
  • Several years of experience in quality management.
  • Knowledge of project and process management.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Knowledge of how to use SAP.
  • Process-oriented and independent way of working.
  • High quality awareness and strong ability to work in a team.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
