Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Manager to join our Quality Management department at our Oberkochen site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate quality requirements in customer inquiries and contracts for feasibility and risks
  • Communicate quality requirements with customers and control their implementation throughout the product life cycle
  • Enforce and communicate measures in development and project teams
  • Analyze internal and external quality problems, including documentation
  • Process customer evaluations and integrate action plans into the organization
  • Review and prepare schedule, cost, and capacity plans
  • Create priorities and define interfaces
  • Participate in and evaluate requirement specifications

Requirements

  • Completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering or comparable
  • Several years of experience in quality management
  • Knowledge of project and process management
  • Customer orientation
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Process-oriented and independent way of working
  • High quality awareness and strong ability to work in a team
  • Fluent German and English skills
