Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team in Germany. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for breaking down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying key aspects of a problem, and directing the focus of consultants to those elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute analysis to identify core issues in complex analyses and craft suitable recommendations.
- Work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done.
- Take responsibility for the further development of the business unit, IC, solutions, and tool development.
Requirements
- Relevant experience (3-8 years) in one of the Operations topics (such as Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
- Proven knowledge of relevant sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries, Transportation, Energy, Process industries, Financial Services.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Strong background in problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients of all levels.
- Great team player, self-directed, and willing to take initiative.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Willingness to travel.
