Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary representative of our dealership, offering knowledgeable guidance on service and maintenance inquiries to clients.
  • Develop and maintain robust customer relationships, ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
  • Play a vital role in the growth of the business by promoting customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred candidates will possess experience as a certified Service Advisor or Automotive Master Technician, or relevant technical/business education in the automotive field.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to learn and advance professionally.
  • Possess excellent communication skills for effective customer service and collaboration.
