Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice to customers on all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of all service tasks, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Mercedes-Benz products and services, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
- Relevant qualifications in a technical or sales-related field, such as a Service Advisor or Kfz-Meister certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
