We invite you to join us as a Lead Project Coordinator (m/f/d) - Motorsport and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Riedel Communications.
YOUR ROLE
- Strategically plan, organize, and implement projects related to motorsport events.
- Oversee operational planning in collaboration with team members and cross-functional teams, integrating both technological and commercial perspectives.
- Craft core service messaging and product positioning specifically for the motorsport sector.
- Track operational execution and generate reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively contributing to the sustainable growth of new clientele.
- Deliver first-level support to both external and internal stakeholders from initial engagement through to project realization and acceptance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a motorsport-related field, preferably within the Formula 1 environment.
- Proven professional experience in sales, coupled with a strong understanding of project planning and management methodologies.
- Proficient in processes and techniques focused on the planning, management, and execution of various event formats.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and external partners.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a solution-oriented manner.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
