Our Managed Technology Division specializes in the development, production, and distribution of audio, video, IT, and communication solutions. We invite you to join us as a Lead Project Coordinator (m/f/d) – Formula 1 and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Riedel Communications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategically plan, organize, and execute projects related to Formula 1.
  • Oversee operational planning in close collaboration with team members and cross-functional teams, integrating both technological and commercial perspectives.
  • Formulate core service messaging and product positioning tailored to the Formula 1 market.
  • Monitor project execution and compile reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Sustain existing client relationships while actively contributing to the development of new clientele.
  • Provide initial support to both external and internal clients from the acquisition phase through to realization and acceptance.

THAT'S YOU

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a motorsport-related field, preferably within the Formula 1 environment.
  • Professional background in sales with a strong grasp of project planning and management methodologies.
  • Proficient in processes and techniques focused on the planning, management, and execution of various event formats.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
