- Gewerkeübergreifende Betreuung von versorgungstechnischen Anlagen
- Technische Dokumentation
- Koordination von Fremdfirmen bei Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
- Bereitschaftsdienst
**Requirements**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich HKLS, gerne auch Meister (w/m/d) oder Techniker (w/m/d)
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich des technischen Gebäudemanagements wünschenswert
- Führerschein Klasse B (alt: Klasse 3)
