About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Automotive Service Technician to join our team at forwards GmbH.

As a Vehicle Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained.

Your tasks will include:

  • Representing our company on-site, providing professional services to customers
  • Performing vehicle cleaning tasks, including exterior and interior cleaning by hand or using our cleaning tools
  • Documenting jobs with pictures before and after the service
  • Transmitting documentation via smartphone
  • Completing additional work-related tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence
  • A professional personal appearance and a positive attitude
  • The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for the automotive sector and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in vehicle cleaning or maintenance is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using a smartphone and basic computer skills
  • A valid driving license and work permit in Germany
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English, with German language skills an asset
  • A clean criminal record
