Mid-Market Private Equity Investment Professional

Our client is a leading mid-market investment firm with a strong presence in Germany and the Benelux region. They have a diverse portfolio across multiple sector verticals, with a focus on identifying high-potential investment opportunities.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our Munich-based team, working closely with senior professionals to drive deal origination, analysis, and execution. As part of this role, you will be responsible for coordinating due diligence work streams, managing external advisors, and monitoring portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities across various industries, including B2B services, building technology, transportation, and energy.
- Work closely with senior team members to develop and implement strategies for successful deal closures.
- Coordinate due diligence activities, manage relationships with external advisors, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience gained at a major Investment Bank, Private Equity firm, or Management Consulting firm, with a focus on finance and investment operations.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and an ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, leveraging financial skills, industry knowledge, and international exposure.
- Native-level German fluency, with excellent English language skills; additional European languages are highly valued.
