Key Responsibilities:
- Support the entire M&A process, from initial analysis to due diligence and purchase agreement preparation
- Apply quantitative skills to company valuations, financing concepts, and investment analyses
- Collaborate with experienced founders and managing partners to drive corporate and growth strategies
- Make a meaningful impact through post-merger integration and corporate strategy development
Requirements:
- Affinity for finance and investing, with prior knowledge in balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow analysis
- Excellent performance in advanced studies with a commercial, technical, or natural science background
- Curiosity, strong analytical and conceptual skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Team spirit and a high degree of initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Initial experience in private equity, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
