About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Supplier Manager to join our team at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH. As a key member of our Group Procurement department, you will be responsible for managing suppliers and contracts for the core electrical equipment of Elia's and 50Hertz's grid.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of electrical equipment.
- Apply your analytical skills to ensure the proper execution of contracts by suppliers, in line with contractual terms and conditions.
- Accompany critical contracts from inception to completion, managing disruptions and adjustments as needed.
- Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed as planned.
- Negotiate reasonable agreements in case of changes, disputes, or unforeseen situations.
- Guarantee continuous improvement through return of experience and create opportunities for win-win situations.
Your Profile
- A degree in engineering, economics, or business administration.
- Full proficiency in English and German (C-level).
- Professional experience in contract management, claim management, account management, and strategic procurement.
- A strong interest in technical aspects and projects.
- You like taking initiatives, appreciate taking responsibilities, and are solution-driven.
