Quality Excellence Leader

Acino International AG, a Swiss pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Excellence Leader to join our team in Munich. As a leader in advanced drug delivery technologies, we value courage, commitment, trust, and empathy, and provide an environment that supports initiative and effort.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement and excellence plans, and lead QA governance rhythms to support the Site Quality Head.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational excellence and establish a quality culture.
  • Communicate with and present information to Senior Management and cross-functions in Acino.
  • Lead strategic projects across all Quality functional teams, focusing on project delivery and cultural change.
  • Define success metrics for the excellence strategy and individual initiatives, and regularly report on outputs and optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leadership in quality assurance and project management in the pharma industry.
  • Extensive experience driving organizational excellence initiatives, including performance management frameworks, stakeholder management frameworks, and process optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
