Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team at THQ Nordic. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in ensuring the highest quality of our games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small internal QA team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement test plans, schedules, and reporting processes to ensure timely and effective testing.
- Collaborate with external QA service providers to ensure seamless testing and quality assurance.
- Analyze game quality, usability, and platform limitations, identifying and communicating issues and risks to the team.
- Advocate for the end-user, ensuring that our games meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading QA teams in the video games industry.
- Passion for RTS and RPG titles.
- Ability to research and learn new techniques and processes to improve the QA workflow.
- Proactive, autonomous, and self-motivated individual.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
