About the Role

N Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Microsoft Enterprise Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through technical expertise and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and related technologies, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Microsoft solutions.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical staff.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office 365 and related technologies, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Customer Engagement: Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Business Development: Experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Language and Contract

The language of the job is German and English, and the contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
