About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Consulting team at Computacenter. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients, including automating IT and business processes.
- Collaborate with our consultants and the global Centre of Excellence for ServiceNow to deliver effective and innovative ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and implement standard solutions in client projects or create custom applications in ServiceNow.
- Work with our consultants to design technical solutions for clients and implement them.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during the implementation process and after go-live.
- Share knowledge and expertise with the ServiceNow community.
About the Team
Our Centre of Excellence for ServiceNow is a team of experts who support the development of ServiceNow skills and knowledge within the company. We offer training and development programs, as well as a community of experts who share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, XML, CSS, and REST technologies.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to integrate systems using common interfaces.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM solutions and ITIL is an advantage.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
