The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.

This position must be filled from August 2024 or later for a period of at least 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support various projects within the context of strategic people and culture initiatives, such as employee empowerment and talent attraction.
  • Participate in talent management projects and assume independent tasks.
  • Support the creation of interactive formats for exchange between employees and top management across Region Europe, such as Live Chats, Cross Talks, and Panel Discussions.
  • Coordinate activities around Talent Management Processes, e.g., annual evaluation of personnel development data.
  • Prepare decision-proposals and communicate materials, e.g., presentations, analysis, and assessments.
  • Receive insights into content creation and support maintenance of intranet pages for internal communications.
  • Assist in the organization of events and team workshops.
  • Work closely with colleagues from across the Region Europe.

Your Qualifications

  • Student in the field of economics and social sciences or a related field of study with a focus on human resources.
  • Competent handling of MS-Office applications.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Capacity to "think outside the box", commitment, and flexibility.
  • Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented way of working.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills as well as organizational talent.
