Overview

At SRAM, we're looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our HR team as an Intern Human Resources. As an integral part of our employee lifecycle, you'll play a key role in shaping our employees' experience by participating in various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, maintaining accurate records and handling general inquiries.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding approach, preparing necessary documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal trainings and workshops, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Contribute to local and global projects related to reorganization, restructuring, and digitalization.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Business studies, HRM, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Experience in HRM is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Intercultural mindset, with experience abroad being a plus.
  • Proactive and creative in developing new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and take on multiple responsibilities.
  • Open-minded and discreet communication style.
