Position und Aufgaben

Sie werden Teil eines erfolgreichen Teams und unterstützen unsere Geschäftsbereiche Commercial Operations, Strategie und Projekte. Als Junior Project Manager – Commercial Operations, Strategie & Projekte werden Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten in Bezug auf operative Prozessverbesserungen, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • End-to-End-Projektmanagement von der Planung über Koordination bis hin zur Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Optimierung von internen / externen Schnittstellen mit dem Ziel, Arbeitsweisen zu verbessern, funktionsübergreifende Prozesse zu verschlanken und Innovationen voranzutreiben
  • Projekt Reporting und transparente Kommunikation der Projektfortschritte, sowie internes / externes Stakeholder-Management
  • Durchführung von Projekten in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden sowie internen Fachexperten
  • Design und Einführung benutzerdefinierter Reports, Datenanalysen / Key KPI Tracking sowie Ableitung datengesteuerter Maßnahmen

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkten Betriebswirtschaft, IT oder Process Engineering
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld, z.B. Projektmanagement, operative Vertriebsprozesse, Prozessdigitalisierung, Supply Chain Management, Sales Operations
  • Die Affinität zum Projektmanagement, eine analytische Kompetenz und eine starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Beziehungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
