Civil Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team at Uniper SE. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering civil engineering projects for utility scale wind, solar, and battery storage.
Key Responsibilities- Site Engineering Design: Develop and implement site engineering designs for utility scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects, including array grading, road/site access design, turbine pad grading, foundation and drainage design, and crane path layouts.
- Civil Engineering Deliverables: Deliver high-quality civil engineering designs and optimization in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and industry practices.
- Due Diligence and Site Investigation: Conduct thorough due diligence and site investigation to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quantity Take-Offs and Cost Estimates: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
- Design and Production: Design and produce civil engineering plans and documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Day-to-Day Support: Provide day-to-day support to the engineering team in developing engineering designs and plans for renewable energy projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits as required to ensure project progress and quality.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have:
University Degree in Civil Engineering or Similar: A degree in civil engineering or a related field.Relevant Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering and renewable energy projects.Civil 3D and AutoCAD Skills: Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with experience in designing and producing civil engineering plans and documents.Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of IEC codes and industry practices.Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and project teams.International Work Experience: Proven track record of international work experience, with the ability to work in a global team environment.Language Skills: Business fluency in English, with any other language being an asset.About Uniper SEUniper SE is a leading energy company that is shaping the future of energy transition.
