Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the independent management of construction sites
  • Guaranteeing the quality, timely, and cost-efficient execution of all site activities
  • Managing subcontractor assignments
  • Handling variation claims effectively
  • Preparing monthly progress reports and conducting cost analyses
  • Supervising foremen and construction personnel
  • Determining appropriate work procedures on-site
  • Participating in the evaluation of construction drawings and initiating necessary adjustments

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications, complemented by further education in construction technology
  • Proven experience in managing civil and road construction projects
