Construction Manager (m/f/d) for Civil Engineering
Eiffage Infra-West is a prominent player in the construction sector, specializing in civil engineering and infrastructure projects. With a strong presence in North Rhine-Westphalia, the company is recognized for its commitment to quality and innovation. Our team, consisting of around 500 skilled professionals, is dedicated to delivering exceptional construction services across various domains, including road construction and structural maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction sites independently
- Ensure that all tasks on the construction site are executed with quality, within deadlines, and budget constraints
- Allocate subcontractors effectively
- Manage variation claims efficiently
- Prepare monthly progress reports and conduct cost analyses
- Supervise construction staff and foremen
- Determine appropriate work procedures for the site
- Review construction drawings and initiate necessary corrections
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications, complemented by further education in construction technology
- Proven experience in managing civil and road construction projects
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with estimating software (preferably RIB iTWO)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
