Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee Program

We are seeking highly motivated and analytically-minded graduates to join our Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee Program in Munich. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, gaining practical experience and developing your skills in a variety of areas.

About the Program

The 24-month trainee program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's E-Commerce business. You will work in rotations of several months to other teams, gaining experience in areas such as Vendor Management, Partner Management, and more. You will be supported by senior leaders, experts, and mentors who will help you develop your skills and achieve your career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in rotations to gain experience in various areas of Amazon's E-Commerce business
  • Collaborate with international teams to improve the customer experience
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives to drive results
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum two internships completed in areas such as E-Commerce, Consulting, Sales, or Logistics
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience working with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to think analytically and strategically
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German
Locations

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of our Munich location.

  • Duration: 24 months
  • Location: Munich
  • Two Paths Available: Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace)
