We're seeking a Customer Journey Manager to drive customer experience strategy across all touchpoints, platforms, and systems.

  • Develop and implement customer journey maps to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform experience design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience design.
Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, cognitive science, or human factors.
  • Proven experience in customer experience design, journey mapping, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
